Personal Transformation Coach, Author and Speaker
Arda is a personal transformation expert based in Palo Alto. He guides clients to greater joy and fulfillment by helping them discover their inner power, authenticity and achieve their highest potential, utilizing individual counseling sessions, weekly qigong meditation classes, quarterly journey within workshops and speaking engagements.
A former finance executive in Silicon Valley, Arda found his calling to help others in 2008, after healing himself from the physical, mental and emotional distress that resulted from his 20-year professional finance career. Since then, he has helped hundreds of people to discover their authenticity, connect with their full potential and understand the meaning of their lives.
In 2014, Arda completed research and studies on human psyche and published his findings in his first book, The Seeker’s Manual, wherein he outlined the transformative and systematic Journey Within method. The method describes 7 distinct phases one goes through to achieve his/her highest potential and live a balanced, joyful and fulfilling life.
The power of the Journey Within method comes from its practical step-by-step approach and empowering techniques that can be easily applied to day-to-day situations. Arda has been teaching the Journey Within for the last three years with amazing results. He has over 40 five-star reviews on Yelp and more clients than he has time to serve individually.
Over the past two years, Arda has realized that the principles and approach of the Journey Within method can also facilitate harmony and peace at a group and organizational level. To fulfill the mission of The Seeker’s Manual, in 2015, Arda formed The Institute for Inner Peace and Harmony.
The primary goal of the Institute is to collaborate with other organizations, associations and companies to foster conflict resolution techniques and effective communication skills within communities and corporations.
Arda is married, and enjoys teaching and practicing qigong meditation, reading and writing about personal growth, traveling the world, hiking in nature, biking and kayaking.
